I think my search for the perfect coffee is over. These beans produce a rich creamy/non bitter espresso like I've not had from any other beans. Really nuanced coffee here, one could go into the usual host of similes and metaphors. The coffee is superb, nutty, definitely notes of caramel, a fantastic orchestra of flavors. Most importantly, it tastes fresh. Benfatto's coffee is always excellent and it is wonderful to have such a high quality supplier here in New Jersey.
